Hello. I am Anisha, the founder of Purpose Within Coaching and Consulting. I am a Certified Masters Life Coach, a Licensed Masters Social Worker and a Child Welfare Professional with over 15 years of experience helping and motivating individuals and families to become their "Best Self." My mission is to help clients build self awareness, value self worth, change a fixed mindset into a growth mindset and fuel the desires of happiness and success in the hearts of adults and children.

Born and raised in New York City, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from (CUNY) John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Masters in Social Work from (CUNY) Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work.  I am a mother, a self published author, a wife, friend  but most importantly, I am YOU.

 

Throughout my life journey, I have experienced my share of disappointment, depression, confusion, discouragement, fear and anger which led to many dark places.  During these trials and tribulations, I started to peel the outer layers of negativity and focus on the positive nucleus of my "inner soul."  At this time, I was able to start reaching my fullest potential by utilizing my strengths buried under those negative thoughts and reveal my" Best Self."

As your personal life coach/mentor/consultant, my goal is to help you transform into the person your heart desires to be, while walking with you step by step throughout your journey.  I specialize in creating a customized coaching action plan solely based on the goals you would like to achieve.  My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel supported, empowered, valued and transformed.
