Service Description

This class is designed to inform parents and professionals the process of the NYS Child Protective Specialist investigation process. The objective of the class is to inform individuals on the process a report is filed to CPS, definitions of Child Abuse and Neglect and the legal rights of parents. This class will also information on the legality of Mandated Reporters the role of schools and a brief overview of the Article 10 court process.
