Service Description

This services is tailored to youth who struggle with relationships, anxiety, depression, career goals, peer pressure and parental conflicts. As a Youth Mentor, I will create a safe confidential space for them to be their best self by identifying conflicts, develop strategies to build trusting relationships, develop goal setting strategies, and work towards independence.
